Shipping Policy
1. Product Groups and Fulfillment
We offer three product groups with distinct shipping conditions:

Ships directly from our Florida warehouse.

If in stock, orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days.

These products are made-to-order.

Lead times may vary depending on specifications and production capacity.

These products are also made-to-order and may require specialized handling and freight.

2. Shipping Zones and Costs
Shipping costs are based on product group and delivery zone. Please refer to the table below for applicable charges:

Note: Oversized shipments may require lift-gate service or additional handling. Customers will be notified in advance of any additional charges.
3. Delivery and Inspection

Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to production timelines, carrier availability, and external factors.

Inspection at Delivery: All shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery. Any visible damages, shortages, or defects must be reported immediately to the carrier and noted on the delivery receipt. Failure to do so may limit or void eligibility for a damage claim.
Return Policy
1. Damages and Claims

Damages discovered upon delivery must be reported through the carrier at the time of delivery and documented.

Concealed-Doors.com will coordinate claims with the carrier on your behalf and use reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
2. Stock Products

Stock products (such as CONtura 4in1) may be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Products must be in like-new condition and in original packaging.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
3. Custom-Made Products

Custom-made products (including CONtura Pro) are non-returnable and non-refundable once an order has been placed.

In the event of a justified damage claim, Concealed-Doors.com will use reasonable efforts to cure the defect (e.g., repair, replacement of affected parts, or other appropriate remedy).
4. Exclusions

Returns will not be accepted for products that show signs of installation, alteration, misuse, or damage not attributable to shipping.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Return Authorization
